Kommt diese Meldung beim Versuch Windows 10 vom USB-Stick (Boot auch über den Stick) zu installieren, hat es bei mir geholfen alle vorhandenen Partitionen der Zielfestplatte im erweiterten Installationsdialog zu entfernen.
